Our team provided fully integrated infrastructure and Building Services Engineering for these 25 storey apartment towers located in Talatona, Angola.
Belmar Towers was an ambitious design featuring 234 apartments per tower, more than 600 parking spaces and social areas including two swimming pools, a spa, and fiesta saloons.
Our design team was requested to apply its expertise to accomplish a localised and cost effective solution. For that effect, we researched local construction materials and techniques and worked as a tight multi disciplinary team to coordinate services conduits that would typically be cast in post-tensioned slabs.We are proud to use our design skills to assist the Angolan national reconstruction after 30 years of civil unrest.
